I've always shied away from using foundations and opted for BB/CC creams because I always found that foundation would look heavy on my skin. I don't want to look like I'm wearing foundation. I prefer a more natural look, I want a "my skin but better" look. I just want to even out my skin tone and make my skin look healthy and fabulous.✨

I selected the shade Y245 / Soft Sand. It's actually a pretty perfect match, although it looks darker in the bottle than it actually is (see swatch below).

Makeup For Ever Ultra HD Invisible Cover Foundation is absolutely living up to its name. It's giving me just what I've always wanted. It doesn't look like I'm wearing Foundation at all, but it improves the look of my skin 10 fold. It doesn't look like I'm wearing foundation, it looks like skin!

This foundation isn't heavy or greasy and blends into my skin beautifully. It's very lightweight and also buildable which is great for special occasions or when I need some extra coverage. For everyday use, one coat is all I need for medium coverage. This foundation goes on well with a beauty sponge or buffing brush. A brush gives me more coverage. I actually use both techniques depending on my mood. 

This 30ML bottle comes with a pump which is always appreciated. 

I found that it lasted all day without any obvious wear and it doesn't cling to my dry patches! 👌 I top the foundation off with a light dusting of translucent powder for a finish that lasts all day. The finish is not matte, it has a very natural finish and I find it perfect for my aging skin. I definitely feel that I look more youthful with this foundation on.
